Analysis for magnetic field of srm is very complicated since the flux waveforms in different parts of the motor vary with motor phase , stator pole and rotor number , also with the winding connections , etc , which results in the srm losses , especially iron loss calculation difficult . the temperature analysis due to the losses has become a study hot spot Sr電機(jī)鐵心的磁通波形不僅與電機(jī)的相數(shù)有關(guān),還與定、轉(zhuǎn)子齒極數(shù)、定子繞組連接方式等密切相關(guān),從而使得sr電機(jī)磁場分析很復(fù)雜,復(fù)雜的磁通密度波形導(dǎo)致電機(jī)損耗特別是鐵損的計算非常困難。電機(jī)的損耗又會引起電機(jī)的溫升,因此高性能的sr電機(jī)的熱分析也成為目前的研究熱點。
This paper constructs fe models of srm in detail and analyzes the vibration mode and natural frequencies with the finite element analysis software package , and studies the influence of the stator structure of srm , such as stator poles , ribs , mounting feet , terminal block and structure parameters , restriction condition on the srm vibration behavior , the contrast to experiment result implies that the fea model is close to the real model for analyzing the vibration characteristics of srm 本文基于有限元分析方法,主要研究了定子凸極、底座、散熱筋,加強(qiáng)筋,接線盒等結(jié)構(gòu)以及結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對定子固有頻率和振動模態(tài)的影響,并且研究了約束條件下的sr電機(jī)定子振動特性。本文比較了模態(tài)實驗與有限元分析結(jié)果,表明所建立的二維有限元模型對分析sr電機(jī)的振動特性有較好的精度。
